Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards & PayPal Express.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (wecare@oventure.com) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.
Shipping
What shipping options are available, and how long will it take to get my order?
All U.S. orders ship USPS. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs and alternatives are calculated at checkout.
First Class Package (Standard): For orders placed by noon CST Monday-Friday, delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days.
Priority Mail: For orders placed by noon CST Monday-Friday, delivery can be expected in 1-3 business days.
Priority Mail Express: For orders placed by noon CST Monday-Friday, delivery can be expected in 1 business day.
How early do I need to place my order to get it before Christmas?
All orders placed via standard First Class Shipping before December 19th at noon will arrive to you before Christmas.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Duties and customs fees may apply.
Free shipping over $50 does not apply to international orders and all international sales are final.
Do you offer gifting options?
We offer the option to add a gift message to your order on the cart page. This message will appear on the packing slip and pricing will be hidden.
Returns and Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Oventure provides free returns and exchanges within the United States. You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To start a Return, go to returns.oventure.com and follow the prompts to request a refund. You’ll receive an Instant Refund code — a temporary gift card — that you can use to purchase something new on the site if you would like to exchange an item(s). Print your return label and mail back the original item. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original form of payment.
Product Questions
How big are Big O Key Rings?
Genuine leather and vegan leather Big O Key Rings are 4 inches in diameter, and silicone Big O Key Rings are 3.75 inches in diameter.
Are there multiple sizes?
All Big O Key Rings come in one standard size, and are intended to be oversized to easily slip over your wrist or above your elbow to give you an extra hand.
How does the locking clasp work?
To open the locking clasp, press down above the Oventure logo to push the lever inwards.The clasp will pop open so you can add your keys, wallet and all your essentials. Make sure you hear the click when you push the clasp back into place to ensure the clasp is locked and your things are secure. Check out our video tutorial here.
Is the locking clasp included?
Yes! All Big O Key Rings come with our signature locking clasp and split ring with an Oventure logo charm.
