I forgot to add my discount code at checkout, what do I do?
No problem. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 214-842-7571, or fill out the contact form with the code you meant to use, and we will retroactively apply it to your order. There is no need to cancel your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (email@example.com) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.

Do you offer gifting options?
We offer the option to add a gift message to your order on the cart page. This message will appear on the packing slip and pricing will be hidden.
Do you offer corporate or large group discounts?
Absolutely! Please fill out the Custom Bulk Order Form and a member of our team will contact you shortly.
*Guidelines: Minimum bulk order is 30 units. Application approval is required before ordering. Product must not be used for resale (click here for wholesale).

What U.S. shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order?
Domestic Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For all other orders, shipping is $5.95. Orders with standard shipping will ship USPS. Your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We also have free return shipping in the US.
Domestic Two Business Day Shipping: We charge $25, and orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday will ship out the same day. Orders with Two Day Shipping will ship FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver expedited packages on Saturday or Sunday. Please use a physical street address in your order details, PO Boxes are not accepted for this option. If you need something faster, please reach out and ask. We'll see what we can do to help!

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Oventure provides free returns and exchanges within the United States. You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To start a return, go to returns.oventure.com and follow the prompts to request a refund. You’ll receive an Instant Refund code — a temporary gift card — that you can use to purchase something new on the site if you would like to exchange an item(s). Print your return label and mail back the original item. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original form of payment.
How do I start an exchange?
Step 1: Navigate to https://returns.oventure.com
Step 2: Locate your order by entering your email address OR your order number and shipping zip code.
Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason(s) you are exchanging them and click “Complete Return”.
Step 4: Locate your Instant Refund Voucher on the return confirmation screen, or in the return confirmation email.
Step 5: Place a new order for the items you want in exchange and use your Instant Refund Voucher in the gift card field at checkout. Pay any remaining amount due with an accepted payment method.Your purchase will ship right away, even if you haven't completed your return yet.
Step 6: Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in the package. Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days. We will refund any outstanding voucher balance within two weeks of receiving your returned item.
**NOTE: If you have an outstanding return, your order may not be eligible for an Instant Refund Voucher.
How big are Big O® Key Rings?
Genuine leather and vegan leather Big O Key Rings are 4 inches in diameter, and silicone Big O Key Rings are 3.75 inches in diameter.
Our Big Os are intentionally O-versized to truly give you a free hand. Some people even like to rest it above the elbow so they don’t have keys in the way of jewelry or anything they are carrying.
How do I open the locking clasp?
To open the locking clasp, press down above the Oventure logo to push the lever inwards. The clasp will pop open so you can add your keys, wallet and all your essentials. Don't forget to make sure you hear the click when you push the clasp back into place to ensure the clasp is locked and your things are secure.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I stack multiple discount codes?
Currently we only allow one discount code per order.
Does Oventure collect sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. Oventure charges all applicable sales taxes based on an order's shipping address.
