We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent.

No problem. Reach out to wecare@oventure.com, call us at 214-842-7571, or fill out the contact form with the code you meant to use, and we will retroactively apply it to your order. There is no need to cancel your order.

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (wecare@oventure.com) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.

Domestic Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65 within the United States. For all other orders, shipping is $5.95. Orders with standard shipping will ship USPS. Your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We have a flat rate return fee of $5.95 for US orders.

Domestic Two Business Day Shipping: We charge $25, and orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday will ship out the next business day. Orders with Two Day Shipping will ship UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver expedited packages on Sunday. Please use a physical street address in your order details, PO Boxes are not accepted for this option. If you need something faster, please reach out and ask. We'll see what we can do to help!

International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks.

You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Oventure charges a flat rate return shipping fee of $5.95.

To start a return, go to Oventure Returns and follow the prompts to request a refund or exchange. Print your return label and mail back the original item. Once received, we’ll refund the price of your item back to your original form of payment.

Step 1: Navigate to Oventure Exchanges

Step 2: Enter your order number and shipping zip code. 

Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason(s) you are exchanging them.

Step 4: Select the item you would like to replace it with and click submit.

Step 5: Print the shipping label provided and mail in the package. Please send the item(s) back to us within 60 days.  Your replacement item will be on its way to you.

Genuine leather and vegan leather Big O Key Rings are 4 inches in diameter, and silicone Big O Key Rings are 3.75 inches in diameter.

Our Big Os are intentionally O-versized to truly give you a free hand. Some people even like to rest it above the elbow so they don’t have keys in the way of jewelry or anything they are carrying.

To open the locking clasp, press down above the Oventure logo to push the lever inwards. The clasp will pop open so you can add your keys, wallet and all your essentials. Don't forget to make sure you hear the click when you push the clasp back into place to ensure the clasp is locked and your things are secure.

Our silicone and resin designs can be washed with mild soap and water, or can be cleaned with a damp cloth for a nice, squeaky clean feeling. If you have a silicone print, please take care not to use an antibacterial wipe as prints can wear off.

We are only able to process one discount code per order.

We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. Oventure charges all applicable sales taxes based on an order's shipping address.
