Wholesale Policies

Opening order is $350. Minimum re-order is $250. Most styles are sold in quantities of 2.
Credit card and/or pre-payment is required for an order to be placed.
Oventure publishes MAP and MSRP pricing at Oventure.com. MAP and MSRP applies to all advertisements including but not limited to the following: flyers, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, television, radio and public signage, as well as internet sites, online paid search ads, online shopping comparison ads, internet landing pages, social media sites, apps, or any other electronic media.
Pre-approved brick-and-mortar stores may sell Oventure products on their official store website, provided they follow the MAP pricing policy as stated on Oventure.com.
Oventure does not allow buyers to resell products via any 3rd party site, including Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy and Ebay. Retail partners that sell Oventure products via 3rd party sites will have their wholesale accounts immediately suspended.
Oventure allows approved retail partners to use brand-generated imagery from the media kit and Oventure social media platforms for marketing purposes.
Buyers agree they will not manufacture, purchase, distribute, advertise, promote, display or sell any key ring that is in imitation or counterfeit of, or otherwise confusingly similar to, any Big O® Key Ring while Buyer retains an active account with Oventure.
